Clare has a degree in exercise and nutrition as medicine, and her studies gave her the belief that exercise is the best prescription for lifestyle related issues.
She likes to incorporate high intensity and sport specific exercises to her programmes to create fun and enjoyable sessions for her clients.

Larisa Mazilu
Larisa believes in a blended approach to fitness, drawing movement inspiration from a variety of disciplines such as pilates, yoga and resistance training. Through her coaching, she wants to create long-lasting, sustainable lifestyle changes for her clients.
When she is not in the gym you can probably find her playing tennis, or at home cooking tasty, nutritious meals.

Jamie Dodgson
Jamie is passionate about combining and adapting strength training to help you lift, move, and live without pain or limitation. Alongside this, he advocates running, walking, and any form of movement that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
Over the years, one of his biggest lessons has been understanding how much fitness shapes not just the body, but the mind and behaviours. He applies this to his coaching, helping clients build a stronger, more resilient version of themselves - inside and outside the gym.

Since graduating with a first class degree in physiotherapy, Amy has continued to build her clinical mileage specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Amy is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who strongly believes managing clients holistically is utmost importance to ensure their goals are achieved.
Amy is a dynamic physiotherapist who brings more than just clinical expertise to her work – she brings energy, motivation and a deep passion for helping others. Amy empowers her clients through education and supports helping them to build confidence during their physiotherapy.

Georgia is a Level 3 qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies.
Having experienced her own challenges with pain and injury, Georgia understands how frustrating and limiting it can be. She understands first-hand how desk-based work and long periods of sitting can affect posture and lead to tension and discomfort.
She loves being outdoors and staying active, and understands how important it is to recover properly between training and daily life.

Lisa is a a qualified Person-Centred counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges. She offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
Alongside my person-centred approach, Lisa is trained in EMDR and NLP transformational coaching, allowing her to gently tailor the support to each person’s unique needs
