We also encourage our clients to get involved beyond their regular training sessions. Our monthly fitness challenges add a fun and competitive element to the community, helping clients try new movements and build confidence. Throughout the year, we also organise community walks, as well as our recent 20km Lancashire Three Peaks challenge, giving people the opportunity to improve fitness and connect with others.
